For his Kitchen Takeover, Bora Akinciturk presented a short dystopian graphic novel depicting the daily life of a creative (possibly a writer) stuck in the aftermath of the corona pandemic. The character is preparing a spring union and feta cheese omelette.
Written by Bora Akinciturk and Alper Savas, illustrated by Bora Akinciturk
Ingredients: serves 2-3
3 spring unions
10-15 cherry tomatoes (halved)
100gr feta cheese (crumbled)
