On Thursday 24 February, Open Space and Laura Wilson hosted a special fundraising dinner for Refettorio Felix and to celebrate the I Have Eaten It Project. Tying into the themes of sustainability and food that have been central to I Have Eaten It, Chef Ramael Scully of Scully at St James’s (formerly of Ottolenghi and Nopi) designed a bespoke 24 hour menu with the ingredients we’d received from the Felix Project the day before, just as we do our own normal lunch service.
Scully spoke with Table Magazine about his involvement in the project, as well as his general advocacy for utilsiing waste food – take a look HERE!
As well as the delicious 5-course meal cooked by Chef Scully, Open Space and Laura hosted a Live Auction of works donated by the participating artists with 40% of all sold works going to the artists and 60% to Refettorio Felix, it was a huge success!
